Pavilion Insurance Management Limited will be responsible for handling your claim with the authority of your insurers and in respect of all aspects of the assessment and processing of your claim we will be acting, at all times, on the insurers behalf.
If an event occurs which may give rise to a claim you should immediately:
Contact the police in respect of any theft or malicious damage; and
Contact the Claims Department of Pavilion Insurance Management Limited, Pavilion House, Mercia Business Village, Coventry, CV4 8HX.

Failure to comply may result in a claim being rejected.
Then within 30 days you will need at your own expense to supply, full details of the claim in writing together with any supporting information, Evidence Of Ownership and any other information we may reasonably require.
No claim shall be paid until you have complied with these conditions.
You will need to provide such information and assistance as we may reasonably require, to substantiate any claim.
In respect of personal liability claims, you must send us any claim, writ or summons as soon as you receive it. Do not negotiate, pay or settle, admit or deny any claim without our or your insurers written permission. You must also notify us in writing of any impending prosecution inquest or fatal accident enquiry.
