Hand tools and hand held portable power tools owned or hired by a person covered under this policy (optional)
Goods In Transit for loss of or damage to goods or materials pertaining to the work being undertaken e.g. a bathroom suite or floor tiles. (Optional)
You and your employees with Public Liability insurance to cover against damage to property
Public Liability up to various levels, including £5 million, which is often required for Local Council contracts
Employers Liability of £10 million - a legal requirement if you employ staff
