The role will be focussed on supporting businesses in their use of the Asanto platform through remote or in person training. The role includes creation and maintenance of supporting Asanto documentation. The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, and the desire to become an expert in our Asanto platform and provide excellent service to our customers by assisting them in their optimum use of the platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of training (either remote or in person) to new and existing users of the software.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and adapt training accordingly.
  • Delivery of system demonstrations to potential new customers including capturing any new requirements for review with internal teams.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Asanto functionality, features, best practice and the ability to articulate these to customers to help them maximise their use of the system.
  • Working with customers and internal staff to identify potential new system or training requirements to improve our customer’s experience.
  • Working with wider delivery team to understand scope of new releases and required supporting training or training materials in advance of User Acceptance Testing and transition into operational support (Live).
  • Assist new customers throughout the project/onboarding phase and into operational support (Live).
  • Assist internal staff and customers in problem diagnosis where required.


To be successful in this role you'll need to highly motivated to work autonomously within a growing team. Previous experience training users on a system or as a pre-sales consultant for a software company would be highly valued but is not an essential requirement. Alternatively you may have experience as a Web developer, with some user training experience, but want to move into a training/consultancy based role. A degree of self-learning will be expected; however, support and training will be provided where needed.

Key skills:
  • Excellent communication skills – providing excellent verbal and written communication to both internal staff and external customers.
  • Excellent presentation skills and demonstratable experience of training users on use of systems.
  • Ability to pitch training and supporting documentation appropriately to the user and deliver this in a concise way which is understood by the recipient, allowing a range of users to become experts in their required areas of the system.
  • Experience writing and maintaining clear and concise user documentation for software.
  • Flexible and adaptable – capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands.
  • Ability to self-manage workload.
  • Experience of software training/technical background preferred
  • Solid people skills – an approachable and friendly individual.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas (or equivalent).

This is ideally a full-time Monday to Friday role with flexible working of 7.5 hours a day, however applications for part-time working will also be considered. Remote or flexible home/office working supported.
