About the Asanto platform

Working with us

The successful candidate will require excellent analytical and communications skills as they will work closely with businesses and our internal teams to analyse business processes, gather requirements and along with the Product Owner, transform these into backlog items which can then be used by the Development teams to deliver iterative value.

Duties & responsibilities
  • Working with stakeholders and Product owners to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Facilitating requirements and story mapping workshops and participating in backlog refinement sessions.
  • Understand the detailed requirements to achieve the given change, breaking down given epics and translating into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensuring Stories are well defined and ready for development in line with Sprint planning.
  • Supporting the Development squad throughout the sprint.
  • Collaborating across delivery squads, and the wider Idol team, to understand dependencies and achieve common goals.

  • Excellent communication skills – providing verbal and written communication that is outstanding to internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable – capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands.
  • Driven by delivery - Can self-manage workload and continually meet agreed deadlines.
  • Multi-tasking – can manage several concurrent projects and prioritise demands.
  • Solid people skills – an approachable and friendly individual.
  • Comfortable understanding high level change requests and breaking them down to their individual parts.
  • Strong requirements gathering skills.
  • Ability to assess and communicate the impact of a change on current products and operational processes.
  • Experience working with software development teams is desirable.
  • Experience delivering change whilst part of a Scrum team is desirable.

To be successful in this role you'll need to highly motivated to work autonomously within a growing team. Previous experience training working with a software team to delivering change would be highly valued. A degree of self-learning will be expected; however, support and training will be provided where needed.


This is ideally a full-time Monday to Friday role with flexible working of 7.5 hours a day, however applications for part-time working will also be considered. Remote or flexible home/office working supported.
